Regional Manager Faislabad
Working experience with PARWAAN Pre School Program as Regional Manager – Faisalabad.
(District Faisalabad, District Nankana Sahib, District Sargodha, District Jhang, District Chiniot, District Okara and District Sahiwal) from September 2018 to December 2018.
Job Description:-
o Managing, training and motivating existing and new Cluster Representatives for the implantation of the program in Faisalabd Region.
o Lead the project team whether staff and short-term consultants, in both substantive and operational issues ensuring optimization of human and financial resources and nurturing a culture of results with highest performance standards;
o Undertake day-to-day management of the programme, including effective programme implementation and documents progress towards the achievement of outputs.
o Ensure appropriate recording and accounting documentation as required by higher management and preparation of required financial reports.
o Facilitate transparent financial management of the programme that is able to stand up to regular audits and evaluation;
o Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
o Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
o Provision of technical assistance and on job coaching to CSR’s and EP’s in region
